How do I find my nail size?

Using a soft measuring tape or a thin strip of paper, measure the width of each nail across its widest point in millimetres. Take all ten measurements, and note the shape and length you'd like.

How do custom orders work?

Send your measurements, colors, shape, length and any inspiration in the order notes. After you pay, I'll email you a mockup of your design. Nothing gets painted until you approve it.

How long does my order take?

Once you approve your mockup, your set is made and shipped within 3–5 business days.

What if I don't like the mockup?

Just reply to the email and tell me what to change. I'd rather get it right than send you something you're not excited about.

Are these reusable?

Yes. You can get multiple wears out of a set as long as you take care of them and remove them properly. Gentle removal is the whole game — rushing it is what ruins a set.

Do you accept refunds?

No. Every set is hand-painted to order, so all sales are final. That's why you get to approve your mockup before anything is made — if something isn't right, tell me at that stage and I'll change it.

Do you offer ready-made sets?
